In general, "PSP Emulators" are for PC's to run PSP games.

Sounds like what you mean is "emulators for the PSP", which is something that runs ON the PSP.

The word emulator means to copy. So a gameboy emulator is just like a Gameboy only its played on a different platform.

Ok First you HAVE to downgrade to psp system software version to 1.50
You can find downgraders and emulators here: dl.qj.net or psp-hacks.com

After you have succssfully downgraded make sure you have memory stick in slot (OBVIOUSLY) and you have a USB cable.

connect usb to psp and pc

on psp go to settings and usb connection and select it

your cpu should recognize and just place the two folders ( Example: emulator and emulator%) inside this directory F:\psp\game
(So it should look like this:
F:\psp\game\emulator
F:\psp\game\emulator%)
Also make sure you have roms (GAMES) for those emulators
Download Roms here: www.emuparadise.org\roms
Put these roms in (example) emulator sub directory
(F:\PSP\GAME\EMULATOR\ROMS\game.rom)

Exit usb mode on psp and go to memory stick (White shaded Icon that says memory stick) and it should appear

Have fun!

emulators emulate game systems.
yes, you can play game boy, gameboy advance, nintendo, snes, n64, sega, neogeo, and other emualtors on your psp, however you need 1.5 or custom firmware.
