You must have just asked the same question under another profile.. but here is my answer again:

You'll need to break off the last page as its own section. Go to the end of the next-to-last page, and go to Insert > Break > Section break types: Next Page

(This will make another page break, so just go to your last page and hit backspace to delete that extra page it just inserted.)

Go to your last page, then View > Headers and Footers. Put your cursor in the footer of your last page, and you'll see a button on your headers & footers toolbar that says "Same as Previous" when you mouse over it. Click that to turn it off for your last page. Then you can enter your footer (on the toolbar, click Insert Auto Text, then click on Filename and path), and it will only show on that last page.

Let me know if you have any trouble!

depending on what you are using you place the information in the document footer . If you are doing the programming yourself , you detect the end of the report data , and then print out some additional lines with the information required.

Its the same way you would do totals for the document .

All you have to do is go to where want it to show up and go to insert auto text and select name/path.

Then format it,

you can use the footer if you want but this way is easier.
