I am looking for jon whitlaw who was stationed at ft. sam houston,
san antonio. tx. in the 60's and 70's. he should be around 75
years old if he is still alive.

Not being to sure of the American system, but would it be possible to trace him through an open letter to the veterans association or pension section of the Department of Defense??
