It's not your job to tell your friend anything. In this fashion concious world, he knows he's fat. Not all overweight people have heart attacks...and some of them have significant problems (Thyroid disease, glandular disorders) that make dropping even 10lbs an activity that takes drugs and a doctor.
Also, regarding the BO, it might not be your business. If it's a coworker, someone directly affecting you, just be upfront. If it's not directly affecting you, it's not your job.
It's NEVER polite to do things that aren't yours to do.

Chances are they already know they are fat. There is no polite way to say it. Some people don't care that they are fat because the pleasure of how they got that way is more important. It's difficult for us fit people to understand, however fat people are disgusting and lazy and dont care.
I really dont believe most of it has to do with genes as it had to do with bad choices.
We live in a society that thinks it is perfectly normal to eat hoards of non-kosher meats filled with growth hormones, antibiotics, preservatives and almost no fruits and vegetables. And people wonder why they are fat? Please

it fairly is going to be not elementary, because of the fact what you describe is desirous to tell her she's fat. in the adventure that your workers placed on employer uniforms, you're able to be able to assert that it's time to alter to a sparkling uniform. Or, "your shirts have become somewhat long interior the tooth, enable's get you some extra present day ones". If she's not wearing clothing that for the period of super condition, you are able to guess she has a reason for that. and he or she does could desire to look sparkling and presentable for paintings. consistent with probability she desires to have a communique with somebody approximately her stresses. Be waiting for that.

How good is your friendship? This is very touchy b/c people get offended so easily these days. There is no way to politely tell someone they're fat. More than likely... they already know it. If you really care about the person, you can try saying: "Listen (insert name here), no offense but, I'm really concerned about you... and tactfully tell him what's on your mind. Otherwise, back off until the correct time presents itself. About the b.o., it comes with the territory (no pun) of being a fat person, among other problems.

Yes, he knows he's overweight. He wasn't born yesterday.
But some people don't know that they have BO, so if it's coming from the mouth, offering them a mint or gum is where you draw the line. Don't cover your nose when talking to them, it's rude.(The only exception is if you know a person well enough to joke around with them about BO and not have them be offended).
If the BO is coming from the torso area, the only thing you can do is take a small bottle of eau de toilette out of your purse and spray it on your wrists, as naturally as possible, so that you don't have to smell the person's BO and not offend them by telling them they should take another shower.
If they're over at your place, and their feet stink, ask them if they'd mind if you light up an incense. Don't make it sound like it's because they smell.
Remember, some people choose not to wash, like brad pitt.(i'll bet his pitts smell) and it's their choice. Deal with it in the best way and the most courteus way.
If you can joke around with them about that stuff, then give them a hint.

You could start inviting him to do active things. Like go for a walk or bike riding and stuff.
And for the B.O. If he's your friend you buy him some AX spray and body wash. Say something like. I've noticed that you got bad B.O. And i didn't want anyone else to say anything about it so I said it first.

Either way be prepared to hear, and your ugly but I can change if I want, you can't.
Offer to go on walks with the heavier than you'd like and for the b.o. there is no kind way, if you are a friend be kind and tell them they have an oder. It may be something they eat or they aren't aware.

Ummm.....do you think he's unaware that he is fat? You don't have to "tell him". Ask him if he's ever considered having gastric bypass surgery or get some info on it and give it to him. By supportive and tell him you would like for him to consider it because of the health benefits. As for the B.O., that is probably b/c of the "fat". He sweats alot! Buy some really good smelling "guy" soap. (Like axe body wash. or the entire kit with the deodorant, soap, and spray). Tell him that most girls can overlook guys looks if they smell good. (Don't be mean or hurtful) Unless he's arrogant or stubborn and just doesn't get it. Sometimes the truth has to hurt in order to get results! Be nice first!

Personally, if my "friend" told me I was fat I would tell them "FU". There is no polite was to say it so don't. If you are genuinely concerned then tell him you are going on a walk later and ask if he would like to join.
It goes beyond rude to say your fat and you stink. So don't say "you stink". Go to a store and pick out some good deodorant/soap and say "This stuff is so good, you should try it." If its a guy give him some Ax deodorant and say it wins over the lady's.

Don't bluntly tell him he's fat. You might hurt his feelings. I'm sure he knows already. Ask him to go for walks with you or bike ride. Invite him to your house for healthy low cal meals. Maybe he will catch on and start being healthy.
