my fiance does and i just dont understand why
seriously its like 2 seconds to put it down and we forget!
after peeing we are relaxed, we do forget!
cut us some slack female race!

Goggie being a male I most certainly do not. However, I can honestly say that I am not one of those males. My wife and two step-daughters can't get over the fact that I accommodate them by always putting seat back down. Have worked with all females now for 18 years and I suppose they trained me before I married to do this practice. Ha! Anyway I am aware of how sensitive a subject this is among many couples and just wanted to pat myself on the back for not being guilty of this dastardly act myself.

No not really I just put it down when I need to, what annoys me is when men use the toilet and leave the seat wet!

Not really, unless it's at night and I strain my back trying not to fall into the toilet...otherwise, as long as he hasn't pee'd all over the rim, I can set the seat down...when its flushed, the seat and lid should be down anyway, so toilet particles don't fly around the room and land on your linens and toothbrush.

no i just put it down...there are things in life to worry about rather than a toilet seat being up.

No, why should I? I never sit down without looking at what I'm sitting on anyway. Its not that hard to put the seat down myself.

Umm... rule is seat gets left up in my house. Theres 3 "boys" in my house and only 1 girl.

you know what is funny? I like to leave the seat down, my gf likes to leave it up. the seat is cleaner if put it down only when use it.
