When I was younger, I had this dream where an ice cream truck was coming toward my house. It stopped outside of my house so it could wait for customers. Then, a lot of random kids (the same age as me) came out to buy ice cream from the truck - but soon after that the children discovered that all of them were penniless. Quickly after that I looked at the palm of my right hand and saw a bunch of change. Then the dream ended, right then and there.
What does my dream mean? It's always bothered me..

1. The scene of ice cream truck arrived - That is a childhood and still current scenario that we experience. We dream because we see and that lurk into our subconscious mind somehow when you are feeling the need of desire.
2. Comparison - you noticed the kids wanted ice cream but can't buy it and you have lots of change. This implies that you are feeling helpless. In other words, you may be subconsciously with others about things others don't have but you have. However, you ended the dream quickly not because you didn't want to help but because subconsciously you may have this fear of helping so many children. In other words, the change symbolizes your ability and the children symbolize support that you may need to give out.
In translation, you are feeling conflict. You are struggling whether you should help out others or not. Some situation in life may be considered in your subconscious mind. Examine your life in reality, perhaps there are something you are feeling hard to make right decision about because of certain conflict. Therefore, you can't decide whether you should help out or keep it yourself
So, you feel that dream bothered you perhaps because you are feeling guilty about not be able to help those children. In reality, you may have some struggle going on too.

Money symbolises your strengths and qualities. If you have a high buying power (which you do in your dream), you'll have great health and energy. And are garunteed hapiness.
Ice cream shows that you found public recognition (amazingly you are popular in the context of your dream) or a friendship, or love.

I think it points to the characteristic that you are compassionate and care about people. You are also generous to a fault, and self-sacrificing. You also love ice cream. I'll bet you have a lot of friends.

ice cream is a sure sign of prosperity as long as it was not melting, you have it all in the palm of your hand , when other do not have the same opportunity. you can prosper as soon as you reach out for your goals.
