nope, there is a reason they lost their other children why should they be let to bring more kid's in that will be lost into the foster system?I believe once you lose your kid then you should be court ordered to go get fixed...unless you have made a full circle improvement and got your other kid's back and continue to do good then yes..but not if you fall back into the rut of whatever it was that made you lose your kid's in the first place.that's just my opinon...

There was a time back in the 40's and 50's when, those who were developmentally disabled, mentally ill, very physically disabled, were forceably sterilized. Then in the 60's people began to realize that no matter what, these were human people being denied their rights to be "happy". Now there are systems in place, where those who are not really capable of having children, can get assistance with raising a child, and how to be nice parents.
I was taken away from my mom, because she was deaf. And believe me growing up in orphanages, foster homes, and foster parents is the worst experience I have ever had, because of spending so much time in "institutions" I'm not capable of having healthy relationships with others.

This is a question that cannot be answered in a yes or no answer fairly. It really just depends on the situation and why exactly the parent lost custody and what they are doing now.

I don't think you can physically stop someone from procreating - legally anyway. Sometimes people go through tough times one year, but years later, they might be in a better position and would be able to have another child. "lost custody" is open to much interpretation.

the daddy wont lose any rights by way of permitting the new child to shuttle. the new child is merely shifting to a various united states of america (from usa to Canada) each and every little thing else continues to be an analogous. shuttle authorization and parental rights are 2 various issues. because of the fact the daddy is in Jamaica, then it does not make a good number of a distinction if the new child lives in usa or Canada.

I don't know if there's a legal restriction on giving birth to a child, but the priviledge of actually having custody of the child could be terminated.

I personally would not want to live in a country where folks were forcibly sterilized for any reason. Take away their right to be parents, yes, but don't alter their basic physiology.

it depends on why they lost custody of their child but if they neglected their child or abused their child then yes i think that they should lose the option to have kids.
also i defently think these people should never be able to have kids again

In some circumstances yes. In abuse cases, absolutely. In cases where the parent may have been a deadbeat, or jobless, and now has work and stability, no.
