I'm severely allergic to hen's eggs and my specialist told me not to eat ANY eggs. It's usually the proteins in the particular product that causes the allergies and eggs of any kind (quails, duck and hen etc) all have very similar proteins in them so if you're allergic to one it's highly likely you'd be allergic to the others as well.

Unless you can't eat chocolate, you should be alright with normal easter eggs though!!!

probably, the allergen in any egg is the albumin, and they all have it.
