Do they do that in Delaware? We need that down here in Texas where some rediculous percentage of drivers have no insurance. We have multiyear plates that get a sticker in the corner each year for 5 years.

I really don't know. I thought the tags were yours (I live in Delaware also). We have those black tags with low numbers that people buy for outrageous amounts.
