no one has ever seen or experienced anything from God, whether it be through prayer, sickness, or his wrath.

Well i thought God was perfect n' all that, so if i call Him a real bad word or deny His existence then won't He 'turn the other cheek'?
But even so, I don't watch what i say about this All Encompassing Entity and yet i have never been ill, have never broken a bone & get mostly good luck all the way. Ive recently met my soulmate & receive no more bad luck than anyone else! All i can say is God is either perfect, or the Devil is looking after me good n' proper!

I regularly make fun of Fundamentalist Christians. It needs doing and I'm up to the task. No divine wrath has struck unless hitting a disproportionate number of traffic lights counts as divine wrath. Perhaps god is telling me my punctuation should be better.

Would they expect it? If you don't believe in God, thus are making fun of him/followers, why expect to feel God's wrath for it? If you are a believer, why think that God is so petty as to be bothered enough to have to take revenge for making fun?

They will. Jesus said to be proud if you are persecuted for your faith because: 1. You have a great reward waiting for you in Heaven. 2. Many of the greatest people in human history went through the same thing. Also, He said to love and pray for such people because for one thing, it makes you a better person than they are.

Yes, I made fun of Christians last month and God gave me an ingrown toenail.

From now on I will only make fun of buddhists.

If I thought I had witnessed 'God's wrath' then I wouldn't be an atheist.
