Take her to the vet. Being an older cat it could be serious. It could be an upper respiratory infection, feline luekemia(not sure I spelled it right), dieing, or it could be as simple as a hairball.

On the off chance that the chest cavity is filling with fluid, causing the wheezing, get your pet in by a vet to have them listen to her. The longer you wait on some things the worse they get and can't be fixed. This is one of those.

it could be asthma, bronchitis, any type of upper respitory problem which could be a sgin of something worse
