okay here is my problem. I get into a small car accident but the main problem is that during that time my car is insurance with AllState than I switch to StateFarm because my AllState expire day after the accident. I cannot claim on my insurence company since i'm not insurence with them during the accident. What can I do about it now?

Insurance doesn't work like that.

Your policy has "effective dates". If your policy was "effective" 'til the day following your accident, you have coverage with Allstate.

Make your claim. They claims guy won't give a flying flip that you're no longer insured with Allstate. His sole concern is that your "occurrence" happened within the effective dates of the policy.

You file the claim with the company that insured the car on the date/time of the accident.

If the car had an in force policy with Allstate on the date of the accident - then you file with them.
