I'm not anti-Christian. I'm just not one.

Do I resent hearing or reading about Christianity? Not if I want to... but if it's being shoved down my throat in spite of my desires, then yes, I do. Of course, I resent having to listen to the music of the guy three cars away from me, too.

Religion is a personal matter. If I want to hear or read about the Christian God, Christ or the Bible, then I'll go looking for it.

Why resent ? I pay no attention . If you are anti-Christian , why do you spend time reading about God , Christ and the Holy Bible ? Your question needs some work done on it .

Yeah, I do. It doesn't make sense to me. I was raised christian-seventh day Adventist. They claim Saturday is the holy day, sabbath. But most churches hold service on Sunday. Then the Jehovah's Witnesses don't believe in parties or celebrating holidays or worshiping idols. The catholics admit their sins to a preacher instead of God. Buddhists worship a statue....

All religions contradict each other...but I rather Buddhism over Christianity. Christianity is claiming all good things happen cause of God, rather than effort or chance.

And the bible sounds kind of off...If Adam and Eve had two sons....then how did the Earth get populated???

This post is not aimed at all christians, only some.

Wow that is a really hard question for me being Wiccan. At times yes. Only because I have been acosted by so many Christians calling my religion evil and wrong. So yes, I guess at times I have been Anti-Christian. I just get so tired of hearing about how I need to be saved. If I wanted to be saved trust me I would go to my near by church and do so. I am well aware of my choice of faith and old enough (48) to make a decsion for myself.

So I ask all the christians to stop trying to save us! If we needed saving we would ask you to do so. If we wanted to be saved we are well aware of were the churchs are.

I own a bible, as do most of who you call the fallen. If I want to read it I know where it is in my home. I grew up catholic, so I have read it already! I don't need you to quote it to me. We took religion lessons every thursday and went to church every morning and on Sundays too. I know the word of God. So please stop preaching!

And you wonder why some are anti christian? Has it ever dawned on you that you might be making people that way?

I'm not against christian people, but I am anti-religion.
I don't resent hearing or reading about God, etc, but I would prefer not to be proselytized to.

I'm non-Christian, not anti-Christian. I'm often not interested in hearing about God et. al., but I don't resent it (other than when people are being rude about it, in which case it's the method, not the message, that I resent)

I am not Anti-Christian. I don't resent hearing about it. I'm more than willing to listen to a Christian - IF they are willing to listen to me. But for the most part, I know many who will not listen to a Pagan. =)

Equal respect - or none at all.

No. Not anti anything really. But I've found out from just a few hours in this section that there are a lot of rude and hateful people on both sides of the spectrum.

I don't like anything shoved down my throat.

Christianity itself isn't all that bad. They have some okay albeit misguided beliefs, but all in all it's not like the scriptures say to go out and kill a bunch of people for God. It makes sense for the times that it came out in. When the world's population started growing and people started to live really close together establishing social order and the turn the other cheek mentality was important for people not to wig out and kill each other endlessly.

The crap thing about Christianity is the proselytizing. Yeah, I know, it's part of the religion to convert people, but it is pretty damned annoying because I don't try to convert you or anyone else to my beliefs.

The only thing I resent is people preaching the Bible to me. It's a great book for some, but not all. I do not believe its the owners manual to life ...So stop quoting references to me !!

With that said... to each his own. If it helps them find their path ... and do whats right in the world, who am I to say its wrong !
