Boy this is a hard one??? NOT!!! Fact is now & Always has been that the way to Heaven is by Faith in Christ Alone! No "Works", "Jumping through Church Hoops" or doing what some "Kook Padre / Pastor" says , Just Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ! Use the Same Faith that U have when U flip on the light switch when it's dark! U built that Faith in the Switch because U have Used it so many times! Same thing with Becoming a Christian. The more U Learn Bible Doctrine & Use that Gnosis, (Knowledge) the more U will Believe because U see the Results. This then becomes Epignosis, (Metabolized Knowledge) resident in Ur Soul. Just like flipping that Switch!!! John

True born again believers, believe that Jesus is THE way , THE truth and THE life, and no man can come to the Father except by Him. If anyone says that there are other ways to heaven, and claims to be a Christian- they are wrong. Jesus is the path to heaven, pure and simple. Read the Bible it is very clear, if you really want to know.

You should try, because of Christ's great sacrafice and love for us. :) I think that we can all admit that we are sinners, and that we screw up. You're right. We don't all agree on a lot of
issues, but you know what? It doesn't matter if we agree. Christ died for us ANYWAY, in spite of us. So even when we don't along, even when we say rude things to eachother, and even when we pass judgement too quickly....Christ still made that sacrafice. He gave up His life so that if we believe in Him, and know that we've done wrong, we can have eternal life. It's all about Christ, not about ourselves and our lowly lives here on earth. We, as humans, suck at life. We really do. Look at the world.....but Christ, sees us and has compassion. He loves us anyway........He loves YOU! The choice is up to you.....whether or not to except Him or deny Him.

That is a personal decision. Seek the truth. God tells about this in the Bible.
If you do not accept God Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are not a Christian. When you believe He is who He says He is and He is keeping His Word, when you believe He saves you, He will.

Well, did you poll those answerers to see if they ARE Christians??
Just because they answered a question headed with "Christians" doesn't mean they are believers.
Your excuse is extremely faulty, because if you look around here at dozens of other questions, you'll see that Christians all believe that Jesus IS the only path to heaven, because Jesus said so.
And MILLIIONS of people around the world agree. It doesn't make us right, but it does negate your excuse, friend.

Your question wasn't about how to get to heaven.
It was about Buddhist monks. So you are applying rhetoric.
Perhaps you don't really want to go? Hmmm.
If you want to get to heaven, then why not look at what Jesus said? Why depend on Christians when the information is so available? You can get it right from THEIR source. And my source as well. . . . unless you really aren't interested and just want to make excuses for yourself. Hmmmmm again.
This is what the founder said:
17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
So how do you interpret that?

Jesus is the only path to Heaven. Jesus is the only path to a better life. Jesus is the only path for forgiveness. You want Blessings in your life...Jesus is the path. Because of Jesus dieing on the cross and because he arose from the grave alive 3 days latter we have hope in life.....If a person does not agree with this...They are not Christian.

The Bible says the way to heaven, that if you believe that Jesus, who is God, died for your sins on the cross and rose again, you are saved, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
It says plain and clear right there how to be saved.
Just because a bunch of people claim to be "christians" and teach things against the Bible, doesn't mean you should believe them. If you do believe them, it just means you didn't want the true Gospel in the first place.
