This is one of the best questions I have read today, so kudos to you!
1. I am not "religious" but I do believe in a God.
2. Yes I do believe in Karma to a point.
3. Yes I believe in fate very strongly.
4. Not so much "love at first sight" but I do believe in recognition of a kindred spirit.
5. Yes to both for they are different things. Though with the ghost part, it's more the memories of a place then a spirit being trapped on this planet.
6. Yes
7. Yes, for this is Hell and we must learn before me can move on.
8. Yes, with how big the Universe is there has to be other life out there.

3. Do you believe in fate? No, We choose our destiny, by the things we do and choices we make in our life.
4. Do you believe in love at first sight?No- Chemistry, Attraction, Lust at first sight yes- But love needs time to grow and develop,
5. Do you belive in ghosts/spirits? I believe that those who are dead can come back and visit us, if it is needed. Any evil ghost sightings are of satan's doing. Most ghost stories I don't believe though. I think sometimes people invite these evil spirits through ouija boards and seyonces. I also don't believe that Medium can really get information from good spirits, only from evil spirits- if they get anything at all. Any information we need from people who have died, will come directly to us from that person, we don't need a third party to pass it on for us.
6. Do you believe in evolution? Not inter-species evolution. We were created in the image of God- God is not a Monkey.
7. Do you believe in reincarnation? Nope
8. Do you think aliens exist? Yes I believe that there are other inhabited planets, but those people would look just like us.

4. I believe in "connection" at first sight, but in my experience, love is an investment.
5. I believe in spirits and a spiritual realm for sure; ghosts are a possibility.
6. Yes to micro-evolution (small changes within a species or genus) but I don't see any real evidence of macro-evolution (one species turning into another).

8. Depends on how you define aliens. If you mean people unlike us, then yes. If you mean completely different beings in other parts of the galaxy, I believe it's possible but as yet I have seen no definite evidence of it.

10. I believe people have destinies, can alter the destinies and can affect other people's destinies. I don't believe your life is completely mapped out and you're powerless to do anything to change it.

None.

Not really. People seem to have a misconception about the return rate on karma. I might believe in it, if I believe in reincarnation, which I'm not sure of yet.
3. Do you believe in fate?
No.
4. Do you believe in love at first sight?
Yes, but that doesn't mean it is going to blossom into some amazing, life-long love.
5. Do you belive in ghosts/spirits?
Possibly. Not sure. I have had a few weird experiences.

Why wouldn't I, at this point?

2) Karma and Dharma -Yes to both... FYI Dharma is (more immediate) consequences that come within this lifetime. It's possible for Karma to come now, but more likely that it will follow you through your next life/lives.
3) Fate - To an extent
4) Love at first sight - Yes (and after 8 years we're married with 2 kids)
5) Ghosts/Spirits - Yes, have seen them
6) Evolution - Yep, for the most part
7) Reincarnation - Yep
8) I think it's really pigheaded and self-centered of the human race to think that aliens DON'T exist... the universe is too large for us to be "alone"

Henotheist. I believe that there are more than one god in the universe, but I only worship one (not the god of Abraham).

Micro-Karma or Macro-Karma? I think both exist, but too many people attribute coincidences to an outside power.
3. Do you believe in fate?
Yes, I also believe in coincidences.
4. Do you believe in love at first sight?
I believe in lust at first sight. I believe that someone could find someone else attractive enough to really work at making a relationship work (not just say they tried but actually mean it).
5. Do you believe in ghosts/spirits?
Yes, ghosts are non-dynamic echoes of the past imprinted on locations. I also believe in non-corporeal intelligences but they are not ghosts even if they claim to be.
6. Do you believe in evolution?
Micro-Evolution or Macro-Evolution? Even Creationists believe in Micro-Evolution. I believe that Macro-Evolution seems very likely but we do not yet understand how it works well enough to prove its existence.
I also believe that Intelligent Design is possible as well.

Survival of personality after death is impossible to prove.

Yes, but I do not believe that the manifestations we see here on Earth are due to aliens.

I believe love and in-love are very different things. In-love involves a total commitment to someone else reflected in the delusion that the relationship will last forever; it is not always mutual.
