Jeff Gordon- First win 1994 Coke 600, Charlotte Motor Speedway, (Now Lowes Motor Speedway). He won two races that year, his second full season in Winston Cup.
Tony Stewart- First win at Richmond, VA. In Sep 1999, his rookie year. He went on to win two more times that season. Most wins by a rookie, still stands.
Dale Earnhardt Jr.- First win at Texas Motor Speedway, in March 2000. The same track he won his first Busch race two years earlier. Won one more points race and "The Winston" All-Star race later that year.

I know Tony Stewart's first cup win was at Richmond, not sure on the others.
