Oh duh! yu dont need cheese(queso!) for Ceviche :3
and they dont mention it in the recipe.

cheese is the only item not in the recipe... but I'd buy it too, u can always eat a grilled cheese sandwich before the ceviche is ready! =)

I do NOT need to buy 'cheese'. It's not in the recipe. (it's MY host mother we're talking about, right?)

Well, cheese = queso and there's no mention
of it in the recipe. So you don't need to buy cheese.
