I recently heard a story of a woman who had fallen in love with her boss and just couldnt confront it even though they were both single. Finally when she was about 40 she decided to resign from her job to 'get a life' as she couldnt forget him seeing him every day. He asked her why she was leaving and she confessed to have fallen in love with him. He then proposed to her!! This is a true story! My question to men is, can you tell/ sense if a woman is in love with you?

If you (or they) CANNOT say it - then it isn't REALLY love. Sure, you might have VERY deep feelings for someone - or care about them more than anything else in the world - but unless you SHARE this with the person, it is nothing more than INFATUATION (or LUST).
Love MUST be shared - and built upon TOGETHER. Otherwise, it's just a crush that you have lost control of ;););)

Never! See men are too simple. Women like to make things more complicated than they are so we have to meet in the middle.
If you want something from a man, ask. Don't wait around unhappy because your little ridiculous signals never caught on. Men need ultimatums, a goal in life. She finally got around to quitting which made him miss her, she told him straight up what was up and there you go. How simple was that??

Well, im a woman but ive got my opinion, i dont think men are that sensitive. Well, I dont want to generalise, cos for example my boyfriend is a very sensitive and considerate person, but mostly, guys need strong prompts or to be told that something is going on.Unless they are really into somebody but even then they need to be reassured, dont they?

well I am not a guy, but I usually can tell when someone has a crush on me. So I would assume that guys would be the same way- but I guess it just depends on how obvious the woman is being about her love for that guy.

Would be nice but no... no I wouldn't know. A gentleman even if he secretly hoped the person liked him would not do anything for fear of upsetting or being presumptious. A pity because if one person does not make their feelings clear the other person would not know...

You ususally can, but you may not want to outwardly admit it for certain reasons. I.E. she works for you and that could cause huge problems, or you don't love her, or you already have a mate and do not want things to be akward.

u can feel that, u know sometimes u notice some one but sometimes u don't ,u don't know maybe a lady who is far from you or a gurl who is in ur university or collage is in love with u but u had never noticed her or u don't have any idea about it

sometimes we can like when we hang out together and they smile/star at you alot then thats a sign and sometimes we can't, people can be sneaky bout things
