Peter was in deed crucified upside down, saying he was not worthy to die as his Lord.

James the brother of Jesus, was thrown from the top of the temple in Jerusalem, it did not kill, so some of the men standing there crushed his head with a large rock.

John (the apostle) was boiled in oil, but did not die, as far as we know he lived out his life on the island of Patmos, where he wrote the book of Rev.

Several other where crucified.

Paul was beheaded in Rome by Nero.

Nero had many Christians, tied to large poles and wrapped in oil soaked rags and burned alive, using them as torches at night.

Stephen was stoned By Saul, later to be named Paul.

The list is many, People are still martyred for their faith today.

Jesus' words to Peter on the subject of the form of death he might go through are taken to signify that Peter could be martyred. After Peter wrote his 2 letters from Rome, he became crucified via the Emperor Nero. custom shows that Peter became crucified the different way up because of the fact he did no longer deem himself worth to be crucified interior a similar way as Jesus. Crucifixion became a hardship-loose form of execution favoured via the Romans. Jehovah's Witnesses say Jesus became nailed to a single, upright stake with the two his arms above his head. although, information abounds that the Romans used T formed crosses to boot as X formed crossed on which to nail their victims. The Romans customarily, and Nero in specific, have been sadistic torturers and the early Christians have been persecuted mercilessly via Nero.

Countless saints of Jesus Christ were murdered by the genocidal Vatican and the catholic cult. Read "Fox's Book of Martyrs" to find millions of people murdered by catholicism.

Catholics are not saved Christians.

CJ your willful ignorance never fails to amaze me. Your God judges on bearing false witness. Remember that.
