I live in Georgia and they do not roll over each year, but if I leave before the year is over, does the state require that the company pay me for these days?

There is no law that say they are required to pay for your unused vacation leave, except the statute that requires them
to provide certain number of days for Rest and Recreation, in the absence of any laws that requires them to pay you for the unused vacation leave, the company policy rules and in the absence of any written policy in this matter the accepted general practice of the company concerning this matter rules,

You need to check with the State of Georgia dept. of labor and see if there are any state laws that mandate an employer pay out unused but accrued vacation time. In California it is required for a company to pay it out if it is accrued, but it varys by state.

Georgia does not require an employer to pay unused vacation, sick, or personal days. It is strictly a matter of company policy.

There is no state (Ga) for federal law that you have to be paid your unused vacation days. What does your Company policy state? That will be the governing ruling.

Your employee handbook should state the company's policy clearly.

ya definetly for the leave the company has to pay as per the rules in contract or something like that.
because it is agreed by both the parties as well

if you acrue(earn) your vacation they have to pay upon your leaving, if they give it to you then they don't
