i cant move my ncek in any dierction it really hurts so i think i might have broken it

It is quite doubtful that you have a broken neck as you are typing on a computer. But as you are having difficulty moving your neck, you should see your GP for evaluation, imaging, treatment and possibly referral for physio therapy.

haha if you broke your neck, you would not be able to type this question..go to the doctor, get an xray. Sounds like you have a pinched nerve, or a slipped disc.

Your neck is probably just stiff. Happens sometimes if you sleep wrong. Hurts to move it.
