I have the same problem. I know this sounds gross but do not push or strain when going to the bathroom. Also eat fiber and drink water to prevent straining.
It sucks but once you get one you are bound to get them again.

Good luck!

It doesn't sound like you have hemorrhoids. You normally can see and feel hemorrhoids since there usually external and occasionally internal and are very painful. It looks like you have blood in your stool and should make an appointment to see a doctor asap. You will probably need colonoscopy to check for the possibility of polyps or any other abnormalities. A colonoscopy is a look into the rectum and colon through a long narrow tube with a light and a tiny lens at the end.

Don't wipe as hard, I have had them myself pretty much all the way around the clock. sitting, standing, are the worst. I just have on hand a box of those preparation wipes and use them until it goes down and them live with it. Change the way i sit and try not to stand as much. Put extra cushion in the chairs. It will go down. Good luck

Don't wipe too hard, and finish up by wiping with PrepH wipes. Then put PrepH cream on it. My doc gave me some prescription stuff too that was great. Keep your stress down.
