IF YOU FIRST WORE THEM AT THE DENTIST AND THEY MADE YOU GAG, YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE LEFT UNTIL THE GAGGING PROBLEM WAS FIXED.
IN THE UPPER DENTURE THE POSTERIOR PALATAL SEAL IS OVEREXTENDED AND MUST BE TRIMMED BACK.
NORMALLY, DENTURES DON'T CAUSE A GAG REFLEX UNLESS THE BORDER ON THE BACK OF THE UPPER IS TOO FAR BACK.

first check the extension and borders of the denture irrespctive of upper and lower .then if it is so ask the dentist to trim those borders and irregularities.then check .then if u feel that the denture is loose u may have to visit the dentist and ask him to correct the fault may be by tissue conditioners or relining or rebasing respectivly

Return to you dentist and explain the problems you're having. The dentures may need to be shaved down.
