First, get her spayed. Second, neutralize the area where she has been peeing with Nature's Miracle. Third, take her to the vet as a precaution.

Maybe you're not keeping the box clean enough? Some cats are very picky about how clean the box is or they will not use it.
Also, once a cat goes outside the box, it's hard to break them of the habit because of the smell. You might try getting a product from a local pet store to cover the smell.
It could also be a sign of a urinary tract infection. Some cats may not show more than one symptom. And cats are very good at hiding pain and discomfort. So just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it's not there. I'd consider at least calling your vet to get an opinion.

Again, I agree with Pixy (another good job!). Will just add that there may be a bladder or kidney issue involved and the only way to determine if there's a physical problem is to take kitty to the vet.
One clue as to what's going on is whether she squats or not when she piddles. If she does, then she's doing it on purpose and it's more of a behavioral issue. If she stands and goes, then you have a medical problem.

Well I would talk to a vet that can be a sign of so many things. It could be an infection, she's pissed about something, depressed, or just since she's not fixed maybe she's marking. There could be several things and you never know unless you do testing for infection and all that I hope all is ok and she's just marking. Good luck.

Cats like quiet around the box, did the foot traffic get heavier, making the box seem not as safe or secluded? Sometimes moving it to a quieter place helps.

It sounds like she needs to be fixed. It could be her period?
Check with the veterinarian.
You can get a reduce spaying by googling Friends of Animal certificate.

Cats don't show pain as we do. This might be her way of showing you that something is wrong. Take her to the vet and have a complete check-up to include a urine analysis.

Get her fixed asap. She may be going into heat and if not, all animals should be fixed.
