I try to find the gem everybody has got hidden inside; and this is an easy task, first of all because everybody for sure has got one!
Then i show what i've found not only to that person but i try to show it to others if it is possible.
From this point on i'm sure something's going to change, since when one becomes aware that he/she's got a gem inside, never dwarfs him/herself by some actions -- mostly negative.
Every now and then, i come across some cases who do not have the capacity to know about their gems; their knowledge of it makes them arrogant or proud. It's ok again, since this is the lesson they should learn first ; to overcome their selfishness.
In both cases i have influenced other people's lives and more than that, my own life.

Everyone influences life just by getting up in the morning, and going out in the world, even if only saying hi to someone else....

By keeping an open mind and respecting other peoples choice to live their life as they choose. If we all did that, then we might better influence our continuous evolution. People will inherently become more tolerant and eventually racial hatred will disappear. World peace may finally be achieved, and the years of bloodshed will be no more.

I influence other people's life simply because I exist. If they love me, then I definitely influence their lifes just like those who I love, influence mine

By being the best example to follow that I can possibly be so that anyone who follows me will not be lost in the darkness or despair. I let my light shine as brightly as my smile and I allow hope to shine even brighter as it leads me home.

Just being myself influences everything and everyone around me. I try to be loving, kind and accepting of ALL sorts of folks and I am as generous as I can afford to be without making myself look like a total sucker (if you get my drift).

I lead by example, try to listen and learn from others, and do more good than harm.
