A lot of my friend started wear contacts when they were 5th,6th grade,they all say cantacts are very comfortable, should i get now?

Not in terms of whether or not you need a stronger Rx, no.

Compared to spectacles, contacts do represent a small but measurable health risk. They are only more "natural" in terms of appearance!

For almost everyone, just like choosing to drive a car, the decision is that the benefits outweigh the risks. That's not to say there aren't any.

(higher incidence of infections, corneal scarring...)

Contacts or glasses will not make your eye worsen. The changing in prescription is not something anyone can predict or stop. If you need to wear a prescription all the time, you may want to consider contact lenses if you hate wearing glasses full time.

the contacts themselves apparently do a better job of holding the prescription (worsness of the vision... ) better than glasses
