EDIT: I love Kent J's answer. He tried to insult atheists, but I don't think he understands how analogies work.
The relationship between the FSM and canned spaghetti is that the FSM is too great to be canned spaghetti. Kent's answer to the analogy suggests that he believes that atheists are too great to be irrational.
