How old is he? From being a mom you only want whats best for our children. I grew up in a very strict household and I felt that I couldn't talk to my parents about anything. I promised that I would not be like that with my daughter- that we would have an open relationship. Now to your question.... Maybe you should have a talk with him and during the conversation just listen do not judge. People are quick to judge. Maybe he is is at apoint in his life that he is confused and maybe with the talk he will be guided. Some people thing that being gay is the worst thing in the world. Its not its just a life style and maybe he is experimenting and will realize with your guidance that may not be what he wants. I know alot of people that seem gay but are not

As his parent, you already know. Will his sexual preference have any bearing on your feelings for him. Gay or straight that is your child and it would be better if you accept him for him and nothing else. Dear Parent this just in - a gay son is better than a dead son, a son that is a murder, a son that is a rapist, etc., lets bet thankful for what we have. God Bless.

You don't know till your son tells you. He might be gay and he might not. He maybe having a hard time trying to find out who he is. Be patient. When the time is right... he will tell you.

What does it matter. He will still be your son whether he is gay or not. Will knowing eith way change the way you feel about him? If he is gay and wants you to know, he will tell you when he is ready. Meanwhile let him know you will always love him not matter what choices he makes in life.
