I'm assuming by 'inverse' you mean 'multiplicative inverse' so
f(x) = (x^3)/(x^2 + 1) => g(x) = (x^2 + 1)/x^3
Take the derivative and substitute (-1/2) everywhere there's an x in teh derivative. Then do the arithmetic.
