a) You're a good size, don't panic too much.
b) Cardio exercise, be a little more careful about what you eat (but don't get paranoid about it) - aim for 2lbs a week MAX!!!!

Hi the only cheap way of doing it is to cut down on you portion sizes and try not to snack in between or go for fruit as a snack.
I know how you feel, I did weight watchers and went to buy things in the weight watchers range and it just ends up costing loads, so I just did it my self working out points etc, it worked the same I lost weight and could eat what I want, but there was nothing special to it, as you are stick to a points allowance all you have to to is weight your food so you get less of a portion size. So if you just get your self a smaller plate and use that you will loose weight just as well as being on a diet, just weight your self once a week the same day you did it one from one week ago and at the same time, and then you will see a result., Just right down how many pounds your loosing each week and you will be the size you want in no time.
If you can afford to pay out a fiver each week then weight watchers is the best diet for you to do and actaully see results even in the first 2 weeks if the diest,t his way you will be more motivated to lose weight, but you dont have to buy the expensive products and you dont even have to join a gym. I lost a stone in 3 months I could of lost more but I was a bit cheeky and didnt always stick to my points lol but it does work

Weight watchers is the only diet that I have tried that has worked for me. It is a weekly fee but you eat your own food you just count points. But it really does work if you stick with it and I lost 14 pounds the first month. If your not wanting to spend the weekly fee then just try and cut back on your food and exercise.

the no carb diet is fast and easy, but fast and easy is not always the best answer. If you lose the weight to fast and don't stick to the diet you gain all the weight back plus some.

What I do is exercise every morning and afternoon. Together with this pill called proshape(reviewes here: http://purepills.blogspot.com), it helps me suppress some appetite. I maintained my weight that way.

do at least 20 cruches per day. at the same time eat lesser than the amount you always eat, and slowly lesser and lesser...rope jumping will help too. these do not required money just time and hard work...
at of all, 3meals a day will do....NO EXTRA MEALS...the digested food will store as FAT.
