Ask a friend to lend you some money for lunch or to buy lunch for you.
This reminds me of high school, where the school lunch cost 95 cents. Of course, almost everyone would pay with a dollar bill and get a nickel back. Sometimes kids would stand at the end of the line and ask for your nickel until they got enough nickels to pay for a lunch themselves.

Didn't your mother ever tell you: "there'll be days like this"? Ask some of your real friends to lend you some money for lunch. It works most of the time. If not, you're on your own. You won't die from missing one meal. Eat when you get home is all I can say.

Either borrow money or skip a meal.
Borrowing isn't something I like doing, because even if I have 100% intention of paying it back, I don't have 100% assurance that I can.

I suppose you have mates in school. Borrow some money from them and pay it back the next day. I can't imagine of anyone that would say to you ''no, starve''!!!
