The odds of winning that jackpot is 13,983,816. The average jackpot is nowhere near that, so the only way to guarantee a jackpot win would make a massive loss because you'd spend almost fourteen million on getting about three or four million, and if you could afford to do that, then why would you need to be playing the lottery?. Basically it is one of the greatest scams known to man.

It's A scam. I live in the DFW, Used to work for Western Union and we had people come and try to cash these checks Daily. If you try to cash it, it's against the law. We called the police almost everytime. The instructions usually say that you should cash the check then submit the money to t hem, so that they can deduct tax. Which is rediculous because they should do that before hand.

No, sorry, it's a scam - I've "won" it several times. Guess what would happen if you sent the "shipping fee" - you'd be out that money, but wouldn't get your "prize".
Didn't it strike you as a little strange that you won a lottery you didn't enter, and that a UK lottery prize was in US dollars?

It's a hoax! Don't you dare part with your money.
If you won something, why would you be required to pay to get it?
Throw the junk mail in the trash.
