I wash mine every other day because if i wash it every single day it gets too oily too fast. i don't think washing it has anything to do with how fast it will grow. besides, its proven that your hair grows slower in the fall and winter anyway.

Washing doesn't speed up the growth. As for the frequency, hair should not be washed too frequent as you remove the natural oils that protect it and that causes damage. Those that wash too often suffer from dreadful split ends, dry scalps etc. Once a week is enough and you can get away with once every two weeks but that depends on your lifestyle and where you live. If you live in a seriously congested city, you may find that you have to wash your hair every two or three days and it's filthy. However, if you live in a sleepy little country village you might wash it fortnightly and still find it reasonably clean. Your hair will grow at the same rate that it has done since your birth and will continue to grow at the same rate until your death. Your DNA coding decided that and nothing can encourage that to change.

No, it won't fall out, however the organic oils that your hair produces retains it healthful... and over washing would reason it to be dry and wash away those oils. for greasy hair, the different day works, and for dry hair... nicely, I certainly have great dry thick hair, and that i wash it two times a week. until eventually i'm out doing some thing the place i'm getting somewhat filthy, then i will wash it extra advantageous than that interior the week.

Washing your hair has nothing to do with how quickly it grows. Growth is based on nutrition, genes and so forth. Personally I wash my hair every other day unless I have used some sort of styling product which I do maybe 2 times a week.

I wash everyday cause I have oily skin, but as much as it sounds like bull, have your hair trimmed religiously every 4-6 weeks, it'll grow faster, I don't think it's actual growth, but keeping it healthy and free from split ends keeps it healthier. And by trimming, I mean like anywhere from 1/8 to 1/2" at the most.

wahsing every day gets rid of all the natural oils that protect your hair, but if your hair is super greasy it may be the only option. assuming yours is not, wash it every 2 or even 3 days if u can...it keeps your hair protected and healthier so it can grow longer. my hairstylist only washes hers once a week. good luck! :)

i wash hair 3x or 4x a week and condition everyday. Do not shampoo everyday cause it'll wash out essential oils from your hair. Drinking lots of water can keep hair healthy too.

i wash it every 2 days because then the oils arent constantly washed out everyday so they come back quick and thats why your hair gets greasy quick if you wash it everyday but i dnt think how many times you wash it does anything to how fast it grows

I wash my hair everyday, but I have practice everyday and it gets sweaty so I have to.

Washing probably doesnt effect hair growth that much, just eat lots of protein and take a multi-vitamin - and your hair should start growing faster soon.
