I would say there is no real answer for this... When you first start going out usually you talk alot because of a longing to know what the other person is doing and you miss them and such. Eventually this changes as you get to know eachother more you already know alot about the person so you dont need to talk as much (or atleast as long, because there is less to say)... When me and my g/f started going out (we have been going out nearly 3yrs now) we would probably call eachother a couple times a day and talk for an hour, now we call eachother probably 5 times a day and talk for 2minutes! so it does change over time, and all people are different, so if your b/f calls you lets say once every 2days I am sure that is fine.. as long as he aint calling other girls :-)

I would say though, if he is really crazy about you then maybe twice a day, if he isnt busy, but rememebr people have lifes sometimes he cant call you twice a day! :-)

i had a boyfriend that called me 2 times a day... i found out days later that he was cheating on me. i recently broke up with a psycho ex and he would call me repeatedly (as in over and over until i finally picked up) like 40 times in a row (not throughout the day). but i think it depends on the relationship... how much time you two actually spend together? how much free time does each of you have daily?the more time you spend hanging out with eachother the less time there is for talking on the phone.

during the work day he should call you at least once... in the evening he should call again... and the really romantic ones will call again before they know you are going to sleep so they can be the last person you talked to. of course this is a guy that is really into you.... ( of course, if you are making constant calls to him, he may not feel the need to call you... something to think about!! )

you cant tell if he loves you by how much he calls you on the phone. my bf calls me maybe once a week, if that. some guys just hate using the phone, he wont even get a cell phone.

There isnt a # of times for him 2 call if he loves you... Love is love.. He could call you 100 times in 3 minutes and it could mean nothing.

There are no rules on frequency of phone calls. If you feel like he's not paying enough attention to you, talk to him about it.
