I would also like to know if there is a service that will take your credit card as a payment and then they pay for a service like it was cash or check.
Basically I want to pay my car off with my rewards card so i can get a load of cash back and rewards for paying something that is typically cash.

You can't buy a money order with a credit card because money orders will only accept cash for that transaction. Maybe you can get money from your credit card like at an ATM and then pay with the cash.
I'm not sure what exactly what you want to do, but you might want to look up "paypal" and see if it does what you need.

They (the credit companies) have figured this one out and generally you cannot pay or get cash for reward points credit cards.They figured this one out after a friend of mine went to Austraila twice because she paid for travelers checks with credit cards. and then paid for everything else with them, including her credit card statement.... same for money orders... can't do it.
