Of course it is absolutely normal and even healthful for both, male and female to masturbate!!
In former times it was said, that you become blind and deaf and get horrible skin eruptions and weak bones from masturbation.
What nonsense! Just take a look at serious Internet sites and forget about your worries!

No, never, one should stay away from all type of addictions. You surely can use your hands for good things and not for dirty things like masturbation stealing violence smoking writing vulgar or nonsense etc. Instead extend a helping hand to the needy.
