I just found a young man in my company who is very good at having ideas to improve almost anything in the company, from how to make people welcome, to how to improve the financial records, to suggest programs that would improve our performance as company. Currently he is a trainer, and spends the week training employees, he´s quite a speaker. But definetively he´s very good at innovating and generating ideas for everything. I would like to relocate him in a position where he is in charge of generating more and more ideas, Do you know similar jobs? How would you call this position?

report Clerk or report Assistant. do not use the call Administrative Assistant, Secretary, and so on as stated via another answerers. those titles point out which you probably did extra advantageous than only submitting like answering telephones, placing appointments, typing information, and so on.
