If you are referring to the return of the Jews after the Babylonian captivity, that is told in the Old Testament books of Ezra and Nehemiah.

If you are refering to the modern day return to Israel, you will not find an records of it as the Bible ends just before 70AD, when the Jewish were expiled from Israel.

From time immemorial two streams have been flowing in every region in the world.
The religion preached by the very first man - Adam. was 'monotheism'.
Noah, Abraham, Issac, Ishmael,Jacob(Israel), Joseph,Moses, David, Solomon,Zacharias, Jeusus and lastly, Muhamed preached that religion only!
The so-called Jewish religion is a deviation from the original religion of Moses. The Jews were once favoured by God , who redeemed them from slavery in Egypt and provided them from food from heavens.
But they distorted things and started worshipping calf's head! There were many tribes. They refused to acknowledge the prophets sent to them by God. Some of the prophets were killed by them. They not only
refused to recognize Jesus as a prophet but also tried to have him crucified by the Roman overlords!
A small group of jews who were overwhelmed by the passion plays and called themselves christians. But the Roman lords viewed them as 'jews' only.
'Saul', a jew with Roman citizen's rights,who
persecuted the early christians, all on a sudden became a christian and changed his name as Paul. He was responsible for giving a new religion a "Church" and a Holy Scripture!
Researchers have proved that most of the words therein are that of Apostle Paul's rather than those of God!
Lord's promise to the jews of a 'homeland' is his creation.
The Zionists basing their claim on it have succeeded in creating a zionist state called "Israel", which has made the people of theMiddle East to pray for peace for the last 59 years.

Do you mean from the Babylonian Captivity? In the Bible it is called the Old Testament and you can read in Ezra, Nehemiah, etc.

If you mean their modern day return, try the Book of Revelation.
