This boy is a complete moron. Besides, it doesn't matter if he likes you or not, the question is do you like him.
Hard to know if he likes you, to be honest. But as he's such an asinine idiot, why do you care?

The next time you catch him while he's alone ask him if he's interested in doing something with you like going to a movie or something along those lines, his response will most likely reveal if he's interested in you or not
