Prays are for asking help from god to continue doing his will.
Not for our personal needs , so I suggest you keep on your medications.

It's great that you are going to "ask", some people demand. At least you recognize that Jesus will not be ordered around by His creation. You have allowed Him the ultimate decision as to whether you will be cured or not. That is very commendable. I would however point out to you that God gave mankind a brain for the purpose of learning and some used their God given brains to learn how to make medicines that can benefit us if we need them. God, in a sense, gave us medicines because he knew we would need them. So if you need them continue to take them, but pray asking for healing at the same time. Sometimes it takes persistence in prayer before the healing comes.
God bless you.

Oh sweetie....please dont do that! Think of it this way, maybe god is answering your prayers for better mental health by giving your doctor the wisdom to know which prescription drugs will help you! Dont go off your meds hun. Thats a bad idea.

It's so nice for you to feel better, but don't take any drastic measures. After all it s Lord who in his wisdom gave man the mind and abillity to think and progress in medicine. So Jesus is there for you when you take the pills you are prescribed. Why don't you call your doctor and talk to him about how you feel? He can lower your doses instead of just stopping them altogether.

All you have to do is pray this prayer:
"Dear sweet 7 pound 8 ounce Baby Jesus, who watches over me and loves me, please, Lord, please heal my broken, I say a-broken Lord, brain. In the dear sweet name of the Baby Jesus, Lord, and for the sake of my, oh Lord!, broken brain I pray, Amen."
And you gotta throw in some hand waivin' here and there, usually accompanying "Lord."
Yup. That'll do it. Better yet! If you can get someone else to pray the above prayer and then smack you (lightly!) on the forehead to make you faint into the arms of said person's assistant, you'll be healed-ah. I know, I saw it work on TV.
Then, send the pills my way; most of my friends have mental disorders and I think it's contagious because they're driving me insane!

why don't you ask Jesus to empty your medicine cabinet and your hamster to cure all your ills ? if you know what I mean...
as for your mental condition... hmmmmmm... you are being too kind to yourself saying it has *progressed*... you were always there, but hope springs eternal....
here is a video of Stooge on his fishing trip.

Did you know Jesus had a drink and drugs habit that's why his visions were so vivid, and rumor has it he gave his audience small squares of paper to place on their tongues.
Keep the meds Jesus would have wanted you to.

Good luck with that. The demons are going to get you so quickly, you'll wish you'd taken all those pills.
