Females come from the same place males come from. First borns of whom wall males. The nephilim were the offspring of fallen angels who took human form and human females.

I read that twice as many males are born than females, but it equals out later, for males die sooner than the females. Anyway, not All first borns were male, just that evil kings knew that the Deliverer and the Messiah were male so they targeted on male children (up to two years old). The Nephilim were offspring of wicked angels, who took bodies and mated with human women before the flood. These Nephelim were said to be super strong and tall, with amazing abilities (interesting parallel with Greek mythology eg Hercules and all the demi gods). The Nephelim were one of the reasons God brought about the flood.
