No one speaks English (or at least don't want to). How am I supposed to get along with everyone. They all speak Farsi around me and I think they are insulting me.

If you don't understand the language or the culture, you're probably right.

It's easy to make an outsider the butt of jokes, and you probably are a source of humor for your coworkers.

Here's a thought: rather than trying to make them speak a language you understand and act in a manner that's comfortable for you, how about learning THEIR language and THEIR customs so you can be included, not left out?

By the way, there are lots of restaurants. If you're not happy in your work, you surely have options.

I suggest you learn their language if you want to feel included. What better way to learn a language than to be immersed in an environment where everyone speaks that language. You will be surprised at how fast you can pick up a language if you are exposed to it and cannot communicate without it, except for gestures.
OR if it troubles you too much, maybe it is time to look for another job?

Unfortunately some Iranian people out of country try to show off that they ARE Iranian!!! And it's not really good! And I count it as rudness.
Anyway learning any kinda languge-or it's better to say learning anything-can be sweet and useful.

It's just my idea.
