I have 30 employees working for me. I feel that the job interview is my first impression of that potential employee. When I ask questions of that person, it is not necessarily important what they answer but how they answer. What is important to me is the thought process. How does that person think? What is this person's ability to reason? I think the job interview is very important. I would never hire someone I had not had a chance to speak too. Remember, first impressions are lasting impressions.
