In your opinion, what digital camera/lens combination gives the best image quality?

(I'm talking about image quality alone. Not flexibility, response, ergonomics, speed, or price)

Disregard if it has no autofocus and if it is very big and heavy.

What digital camera/lens combination offers the best color reproduction, sharpest image detail, lowest noise, least vignetting, and least chromatic abberation?
