I've been trying to eat better and have gone to the gym as often as I can but I still feel this huge gut every time I sit down. I am a senior in college and I just want to graduate with a nice figure and be able to wear nice clothes and not have to worry about my big gut. Any suggestions that you offer will be great. I really just want to finally be happy with myself and my life and getting rid of this gut will be a great help. Thanks.

try the south beachdiet plus exercize it may not lose the weight but it will help you put it in the right place

Lay off fast food, fried food and sodas. No junk food and just eat healthy and drink lots of water and you will me amazed at how fast it will melt off.

Abdominal exercises. Anything and everything. Also some cardio and strength training.

Sit ups are the only way to go for the belly.
