Aw, thank you, Moon. I haven't been on that much. I didn't see this until Patrick starred it today (Saturday Night).

Well Moon, I have a friend who needs lots of cheering up right now and I find the best way is to be there for her and talk about things that make her smile. She was happy to just sit here and have coffee and talk. I follow their lead... if she would
rather go shopping, that is what we would do. Most friends just need a friend there for them with a ready smile and hug.

Good to see you, Moon.

let her die sooner cause you dont want her to feel in pain thats kind of what happened 2 my dog she had a enlarged hart and she had a heart attack when me and my dad where sittting on the couch butt she didnt die ( whe didnt no that she had this sickness) then the next day my mom took my dog to the vet and the vet had to put her 2 sleep cause would you rather have your dog or grandma in pain she would just be laying in the bed like a sack of pototas and its not fair to her you know how they say: "Live life to the fullest?" well try that. don't get her upset, make her smile more, and try taking her places she wants to go. but if your budget isn't big enough, surround her with family and help her get through with it. my mom always trys talking cheery and talks about funny memories when i'm down. my dad does more or less the same thing but he nudges me or pokes me. it helps. and i hope this helped you and her

Well honey, that will have to depend on how well you got to know about your friend though. Not many friends will take sweet talkings and gifts when sad and one has gotta find her weak spot in order to change things around and make her happy again.

Cheers and have a nice week ahead :)

Once I went into my friends house (who was moping around for days not talking to anybody) dressed in a wet suit, mask, flippers. I found him sleeping on the couch, and promptly smacked him with a fish (I had just caught it earlier, speargunning). After he sprang awake in disbelief and chased my wobbling form around the house and out into the street, he started laughing his head off at the sight of me lifting my feet up as high as they could go to escape certain death. (kids, don't try this at home, especially if you don't have fresh fish).

I told her she could cry.. then I comforted her and told her some jokes and reminded her of silly things we'd done together.. :-) Basically, telling her people make mistakes, people do silly things like we did.. but, we survived.. so, she can too...

Sometimes you can't, it depends on the issue. Sometimes the best we can do is be there with them, not offering advice, or even speaking. Sometimes just being willing to experience the silent sorrow with them is the best help. Thanks Moon (((HUGG)))
