don't let the sad people on this site make you feel guilty about haing an abortion because some small minded people don't know how hard it is to go through something like that.
Your body will settle down into a normal cycle within a few weeks and there isn't much evidence to back up infertility after abortion. I had a termination when i was 18 and i am now pregnant. Good luck x x x

Yes it can disrupt your menstrual cycle. Like any period whether or not you've had an abortion or had a baby it will take sometime for your period to become regular again, just follow a few simple things to avoid infection especially if you have had an abortion and do not use douche, have sex or any vaginal pentitration or use tampons etc for 6-8weeks afterwards, the lining of your uterus is extremely sensitive and you will bleed and can cause an infection if you do any of those things. The same advice is given to women who have given birth as well.

Yes, if the female fetus is aborted, she will never get a menstrual period.

it throws off the timing a bit, but its worse for the child. Abortion kills babies. But, by all means, lets worry about your irregular periods
