I'm on a low fat, low calorie diet. Lost 5 lbs so far. Don't want to ruin my diet, but I am tired of eating the Curves cereal every morning for breakfast. I want something hot for breakfast.

You could switch over to Atkins once a week, and have an egg, an orange and a side of steamed spinach with soy sauce for breakfast. And a piece of Melba toast, whatever that is.

Oatmeal should be a good option, too. Find out what the calorie count of the Curves cereal is, and then find out how much oatmeal and sugar you can have that equals that amount of calories. Then use the same amount of milk as you would on the Curves, and you should be set.

No method! NEVER use a slip up for your vitamin as a purpose to mention "screw it, I could as good no longer even figure out at present." It turns into WAYYYY too convenient to fall into that dependancy. Use your slip up as a motivator and preserve going! Also it must be recounted that despite the fact that McDonald's isnt the BEST option, as soon as in a even as their breakfast meals may not kill you. ONCE IN A WHILE. For instance: An Egg McMuffin versus a type of god terrible "power bars" or "SUPER HIGH PROTEIN" bars, the McMuffin might be more fit. Get it with out cheese or margarine, you are getting 18G of protein with most effective 7 G of fats! And for just a buck, in contrast to the ones $three sugar stuffed low best protein bars besides. But nonetheless, make it a as soon as in a even as factor.

Congratulations on your weight loss.. I think the best way to keep at a diet is to occasionally eat things you like.

You should have had a little bit of the breakfast you made your son and it would have stopped your cravings and filled you up.

Do you like grapefruit? I love a grapefruit in the morning with some surgar on top with a glass of milk. It is filling and is good for you.
I only eat half the grapefruit, then eat the other half the next day.

porridge?? i know its by far not as nice as bacon etc. but you can have a boiled egg with wholegrain toast or scrambled eggs if you make them in the microwave. low fat yoghurt with some fruit is good too.

An egg white omelette with veggies inside. Very healthy & very tasty, & turkey bacon isn't the greatest, but it defiently isn't the worst... : )

I like veggie links. They look like regular sausage links and the taste is satisfying and light. They don't slow you down like meat does. You should try them. The Morning Star brand is very good.
