It is demoralising for you an thoudands of others. As already suggested having a look at your C.V. may be an idea - it has to stand out from the rest so give it something that makes it do this either re vamp it or add some eyecatching quotes about yourself. You have to sell yourself on paper, if you find that difficult get help.
Also keep your skills updated - take advantage of the jobcentres and training centres - many small courses are free to unemployed and keeping busy will help take your mind off of the rejections and may make you less anxious and more positive.
Your determination will help you, just keep trying and one day it will happen.
I know it isnt easy and must be so hard, I iwsh you the best of luck x

Get your name registered with some Employment Agencies hunny. They have people who're looking for permanent positions - it's not just about temping.
My husband found a really nice job within days of registering with one. He's been there for 4 years now and is fine.
I hope you find what you're looking for.
Perhaps you could look at what other kinds of jobs you could do instead of just office work.....or you could do a part-time college course which might boost your self-esteem and give you something to work towards.
If you're feeling depressed then some 5htp - an amino acid from health food shops (it's called Serotone) might help - you take 100mg at night and it's non-addictive.
Exercise also helps - swimming and cycling are good for keeping your spirits up.
I hope you find something very soon. Please don't give up. You never know what's round the corner!

Hello,
it may sound strange but you have a choice about how you feel.
Don`t waste your time getting cut up about the rejections. A certain number are inevitable.
But if you are getting a lot then it is probably because your applications are not specified to the jobs or businesses you`re applying to.
I suspect that you`re doing "carpet bombardment".
For the next application, tailor your cv and covering lettter so it indicates that you are really suitabl for the firm in question.
Good luck.

rejection is just a part of the spice of life... Just keep on trying and eventually you will land the perfect job... remember you are not alone.. there are millions out there trying their luck... good for you that you know the standards... try expanding your knowledge about things you haven't chartered yet... venture to new horizons and pretty soon you will gain back your confidence and be up and kicking again...^^
good luck with the job hunting.. god bless you...

How is your CV?
If it's not eye catching you're not going to get an interview.
HR can go through 100's a week and if it's mundane you're wasting your time.
