im currently working. and i have decided to resign from my current job for the reason that i really dont like my boss simply beacuse of him being unfair. its like this, my boss has a sibling in the company which is my workmate, he also has a close friend which is also my workmate.. i really cant stand it anymore. what should i do? should i resign?

Dont resign until you have another job to go to. It is easier, apparently, to get another job whilst you are employed than it is when you are not.
The problem you write about is very common and exists in 100% of family owned and run business's. Many larger companies will not employ people from the same family especially in positions of power.

Dont do it..i quit my job because of arthritis and i am kicking my self for quitting even for that reason. there are difficult people to deal with where ever you go..trust me.
